Our Return Policy
The Wagging Tail always guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or store credit slip. Sorry we cannot accept exchanges on any custom furniture orders, custom I.D. Tags, customized clothing, customized artwork, perishable items or any other permanently personalized items. Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges for any exchanges or store credits. You will be billed a 20% re-stocking fee for each item returned or exchanged. Please send all exchanges to: The Wagging Tail Attention: Returns Dept. 1123 Montana Ave Santa Monica, CA 90403 For your protection, we suggest you send your exchange item by Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please note: We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 14 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be trackable, and will serve as evidence of mailing. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we will allow one exchange per item. Damaged Items and Lost Packages If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange to you for the item. Due to abuse, you must contact us within 30 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
